Parenting can be deeply meaningful, and at times, all-consuming. This is a space where you can come back to yourself.
In this one-to-one online session, you are invited to slow down and gently turn toward your own inner experience—whatever is present. Through Focusing, you are supported to listen to your body’s felt sense, allowing space for release, clarity, and replenishment. This can help you stay more connected to yourself while caring for your child. That connection often brings a subtle but meaningful shift in how you meet everyday challenges.

“Ella provided a safe, caring and supportive environment for me during my session. Her knowledge about the areas in my life, which are contributing to my challenges, along with her professional and compassionate approach meant I was able to go extremely deep during our session and gain clarity I needed.”
